Satisfaction Guarantee: If you are not 100% satisfied with your pet’s haircut or service, please let us know within 12 hours. We will gladly offer a complimentary "touch-up" appointment to fix any details and ensure your pup looks exactly how you want.

Refunds on Services: Since our services involve time and specialized labor, we do not offer refunds once a grooming service has been completed.

Health & Safety: If a service cannot be completed due to the pet's temperament, health issues, or severe matting that poses a safety risk, you will only be charged for the portion of the service performed.
Cancellations & No-Shows

24-Hour Notice: We require at least 24 hours' notice for any cancellations or rescheduling.

Late Cancellations: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment may be subject to a fee of 50% of the service cost.

No-Shows: If you miss your appointment without notice, we reserve the right to charge the full amount of the scheduled service or require a non-refundable deposit for future bookings.
