Health Policy:

We cannot accept pets showing any signs of illness (coughing, discharge, lethargy, etc.). They must be 100% healthy upon check-in.

Full Disclosure:

It is the owner's responsibility to inform the Paw in Heaven staff of any temperament issues, anxiety, history of aggression, or food/contact allergies.

Personal Items:

For safety reasons, external toys and snacks are not allowed. We provide all the entertainment and safe treats to prevent any resource-guarding conflicts between dogs.
